job description
· Perform daily administrative duties needed.
· Liaising with MOM and applying work passes
· Manage and maintain executives’ schedules and appointments.
· Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
· Make travel arrangements for company approved business travel, visa application, hotel booking and air ticket arrangement
· Communicate and coordinate with internal departments for daily operations.
· Managing document workflow, organizing, filing, retrieving of documents, maintain database and file records.
· Plan and organize company events and meetings
· Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
· At least Diploma in any discipline
· At least 1 year of administrative experience
· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word, etc)
· Good interpersonal and communications skills
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
