REQUIREMENTS

As a Junior UX/UI Designer, you will assist in designing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for Financial Services Products. You will collaborate with senior designers, developers, and product managers to ensure that your designs are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

- Create wireframes, mock ups, and prototypes in collaboration with the design team.

- Implement design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all platforms.

- Participate in user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.

- Work with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of design elements.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a UI component library.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UX/UI or a related field.

- At least 2 years of experience in UI design.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
