Key Account Manager - It Solution

Job Description:
Exceed sales targets by developing effective and specific account plans for the assigned territory, ensuring revenue and gross profit targets are met for sustainable growth. Foster strong relationships with new and existing customers, leveraging them to drive sales strategy within the organization. Establish a robust network and foundation to identify and pursue future business opportunities. Tailor sales strategies according to each customer's technology requirements and growth plans. Take the lead in managing accounts, cultivating relationships, conducting prospect profiling, and overseeing sales cycles. Create comprehensive business plans that address customers' priorities on Microsoft solutions. Maintain a disciplined approach to managing a rolling sales pipeline. Effectively present and promote all available Microsoft solutions to capitalize on sales opportunities. Advance and close sales opportunities, coordinating with relevant teams for successful execution. Skillfully position Softline in the market, outperforming competitors. Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer and pipeline information in the CRM system. Job Requirements:
Possess a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the field is required for this position. Demonstrated experience in account management or direct sales of Microsoft, Oracle, VMWare, Citrix, Trend Micro products, or related areas in Cloud. Proficient in solution and consultative sales of IT Infrastructure Solutions. Thorough understanding of various software products and their licensing policies. Excellent presentation and written communication skills. Driven by targets, self-motivated, and proactive in achieving defined objectives. HOW TO APPLY:
