Key Account Manager (Sales) | Penjuru Road | Up To $3, 800 + Transport Allowance + Aws

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Key Account Manager in achieving strategic objectives and targets.
  
• Drive sales by developing new accounts and managing existing and new customer relationships.
  
• Establish and maintain high levels of rapport with customers, providing accurate market reports and timely information for decision-making.
  
• Address and resolve customer complaints, disputes, and conflicts.
  
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
  
• At least 3 years of experience in industrial sales.
  
• Proactive, energetic, and possess a good personality.
  
• Skills in sales and marketing, communications, and customer relationship management.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office.
  
• Proficient in English for business communication.
  
• Own transport and a valid driving license.
  
• Ability to work independently.
