Job Responsibilities

• 
  
• To manage and execute financial planning for the laboratory.
  
• To supervise strategic goal planning and execution, as well as control and management of lab operations.
  
• To drive the adoption of new capabilities and ensure their implementation.
  
• To validate results and issue reports as required (for approval).
  
• To review and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  
• To plan and conduct Proficiency Testing
  
• To ensure compliance with SAC-SINGLAS requirements for bunker oil testing.
  
• Oversee all testing activities within their respective laboratories.
  
• Review and approve all relevant laboratory reports.
  
• Discuss test results with customers as needed.
  

Requirement

• 
  
• Minimum Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Process Technology, Chemical Engineering, Science, or equivalent with 12 years related laboratory experience.
  
• Experienced with method-related tasks.
  
• Possesses SAC Singlas signatory and laboratory operation and management experience.
  
• Minimum 6 years as a laboratory manager, including proven technical knowledge and laboratory experience.
  
• Experienced in audit &
  CAPA management skills.
