Laboratory Technician

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of laboratory equipment, management of the laboratory inventory, chemical purchases and simple calibration. This position is only available for our subsidiary, Nextkidney SG located in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment, instruments and supplies for experiments
  
• Ensure sufficient laboratory inventories such as chemicals and consumables for smooth operation through regular stock-taking of chemicals
  
• Prepare reagents and standards needed for analysis
  
• Data Entry
  
• Calibration, verification and preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment
  
• Any other appropriate duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or related fields are welcome to apply.
  
• Candidates should possess strong academic background in chemistry coursework
  
• Candidates should possess knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and practices
  
• Candidates should be proficient in standard laboratory techniques, including handling chemicals, preparing solutions, conducting experiments.
  
• Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with different suppliers and stakeholders.
  
• Experience with analytical instruments such as spectrometers and titration equipment is preferred
