- Carry out land and engineering surveys required for the construction projects ;
- Carry out setting out of building grid lines before and during the construction stage ;
- Carry out routine building alignment survey during the course of the project
- Diploma or equivalent in Land Surveying ;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in condominium or large projects as Land Surveyor
