Lashing Specialists | Up To $ 4, 000 | Bonuses Up To $3, 800

Lashing Specialists secure and unsecured containers on vessels, berth and unberthing vessels, carry out wharf operations such as coning and de-coning and water bunkering operations. They need to learn how to use lashing equipment and work in a tough but rewarding environment.

You will undergo a company-sponsored training programme by PSA Institute including OJT. Upon completion, you will be awarded an ITE Skills Certificate in Container Lashing Operations.

Gross Salary $3300 - $4500 (22-Shifts and above are considered our top performers!)

JobDescription:

• Use lashing equipments to secure containers on vessel
• Perform vessel berthing / unberthing operations at the wharf side
• Assist the team in water bunk operations
• Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and complying with safety rules and regulations

Requirements:

• Willing to work on 12 hour shifts
• PSLE(Pass in English Language)
• Able to work at height

Service Bonus based on performance up to $1,800 per year

Need training get a Joining Bonus of$1000($300 after 3 months, another $300 after 3 months &
$400 after 4 months)

No training requires get a Joining Bonus of$2000($600 after 3 months, another $600 after 3 months &
$800 after 4 months)
