Lead Application Analyst - Erp

The Lead Application Analyst will be part of the Digital and Information Technology team, managing and implementing IT projects such as Financial Accounting Systems, Human Resource Management systems, document management systems, etc., ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements, project deliverables, and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements and objectives.
  
• Lead the RFP process to identify cost-effective IT solutions that meet the needs of business stakeholders.
  
• Establish a suitable governance structure and change control activities to manage the project.
  
• Evaluate project quotations and proposals, ensuring adherence to budget objectives, and maintain records of maintenance agreements with third-party providers.
  
• Manage the requisition process for the project, including vendor and solution evaluation.
  
• Assess project time constraints and risks, managing the project schedule, tasks, and scope.
  
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, such as the project plan, reports, specifications, and test documents as needed.
  
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication of project information to stakeholders, team members, and the steering committee through regular project meetings.
  
• Oversee test management to ensure quality control of project deliverables and testing processes.
  
• Recommend follow-up actions to relevant stakeholders.
  
• Oversee the deployment and Go Live phase of the project, including data migration and production environment setup.
  
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal cross-functional teams for data and systems integration.
  
• Maintain and update quality records according to standard guidelines on identification, filing, storage, maintenance, and disposition of these records.
  
• Assist in the control and proper maintenance of internal and external documents received where applicable.
  
• Cover duties of colleagues in their absence.
  
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
  

Requirements

• A recognized diploma in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related Science.
  
• 3 years of related hands-on experience in implementing ERPs.
  
• Experience in ERP implementation of business processes such as Finance, Procurement, and Inventory Management.
  
• Possess relevant IT project management certifications, such as PMP.
