Are you passionate about early childhood education and nurturing young minds? We are seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team on either a part-time or full-time basis. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 18 months and above.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate and engage children in learning and development.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment where children can explore and grow.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Observe and assess children's development and progress.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Ensure the health and safety of all children in your care.

Requirements:

• A passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential.
• Previous experience working in a childcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and flexibility.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required Early Childhood Education credentials preferred but not mandatory.

Work Schedule:

This job has the following work schedule:
30 to 40 hours / week
5 days / week
Monday - Friday
