Lean Manufacturing Engineer - Mnc

Responsibilities:

• Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and potential areas for improvement.
  
• Develop and implement cost-effective solutions for streamlining production flow, reducing cycle times, and increasing throughput.
  
• Conduct time and motion studies to assess worker productivity and identify opportunities for automation or process layout adjustments.
  
• Utilize lean manufacturing principles like Six Sigma and Kaizen to continuously improve processes and eliminate waste.
  

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Industrial Engineering or it's equivalent
  
• Knowledge in logistic processes and systems in manufacturing is an added advantage
  
• Experience &
  knowledge in manufacturing process/product costing/planning using SAP Software
