Leasing/Property Investment Manager

• Assist in a dynamic, collaborative environment, working closely with brokers, researchers, marketers, finance professionals, and coordinators to contribute to the overall effectiveness of leasing strategies.
  
• Collaborate with the management team to identify opportunities for sourcing deals, acquisitions, or divestments aimed at optimizing the property portfolio as a whole.
  
• Ensure the proper maintenance of all leased properties and compliance with statutory regulations and codes of practice.
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Business or equivalent.
  
• At least 3 years of experience in real estate (commercial spaces).
  
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to conduct feasibility studies, evaluate investment opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations.
