Level 2 Noc Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Manage network operations for environments with >
  1000 devices.
  
• Support and maintain network security and infrastructure.
  

Key Skills:

Network Security:

• Checkpoint Firewalls:
  Troubleshooting, BAU rule updates, NAT, application/URL filtering, IPS.
  
• Zscaler Internet Access / Bluecoat ProxySG:
  Troubleshooting whitelisting, SSL interception, cert validation.
  
• F5 APM, LTM, GTM:
  Configuration and troubleshooting.
  

Internetworking:

• Routing &
  Switching:
  BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, PIM, GRE, VRF, VPC, STP, EtherChannel.
  
• VPN:
  IPsec setup and troubleshooting.
  
• Nexus &
  Cisco Devices:
  Nexus 9K, 7K, 5K, 2K;
  Cisco ISR4K, ASR.
  

Other Technologies:

• Citrix SD-WAN:
  Configuration and troubleshooting.
  
• Forescout NAC:
  Incident troubleshooting, policy setup.
  
• Wireless LAN:
