Logistic Executive / Ea

1. Manage and maintain inventory with Head of Sales &
Operation.

2. Daily and monthly stock maintenance, include generating Ageing Stock Report &
Analysis

3. Particpate year end stock take Prepare &
Send quotation (b2b)

4. Invoicing and PO creations;
Delivery preparation, to coordinate

5. Handling communications with suppliers and customers

6. Prepare &
write reports when require which relate to trade and work affairs

7. Compile &
compute sales commission &
incentives on monthly basis

8. Oversee office space and facilities, including renovation works and maintenance upkeep when neccessary

9. Coordinate repairs and maintenance when needed

10. Handling of emails and account creation for the team

11. Ability to work with and interact with inter-department works and documentation

12. IT literate is a must eg Microsoft Office -Excel, WORDS
