Logistic Executive (Scientific Supplies) - 6months Hhl

- Generate invoices/DO for daily deliveries

- Liaise with appointed forwarders and couriers for deliveries

- Liaise with company Warehouse and appointed 3rd party warehouses for release of goods

- Organise and manage inventory, storage and transportation

- Ensure safe and timely pickup and delivery

- Address and resolve inventory issues

- Respond to customer queries and refer clients to the proper channels

- Review customer PO and delivery note to ensure accuracy

- Perform inventory check (twice yearly)

- Provide customer service, coordination and admin/sales support

- Other adhoc duties

Requirements:

- Min. Diploma in Logistics/Shipping or equivalent

- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
