Responsibilities:

• Oversee team activities, track performance, and report progress.
  
• Daily jobs receives and Scheduling Management Update and communicate on daily transportation schedules. Implement and improve Transportation Management System features.
  
• Prepare and submit accurate billing and invoices.
  
• Uphold company values and track goal progress. Arranging import/export shipments and coordinating with freight partners and customers.
  
• Liaise with air/sea freight co-loaders, shipping lines, and transporters to ensure timely delivery of customer's shipments to/fro various destinations.
  
• Handle import/export documentation and ensure compliance.
  
• Process import/export shipping documentation (Delivery Order, Arrival Notice, Bill of Lading, Permits etc.)
  
• Other shipping documentation-related responsibilities.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 'O' levels or Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration.
  
• Experience in managing Air and Ocean freight shipments is preferred
  
• Min 1-2 years of experience in handling shipping/Transportation documentation.
  
• Good working knowledge of the following logistics operations areas – distribution, manufacturing, inventory planning, materials management.
