Logistics Assistant

The Logistics Assistant is responsible for coordinating general warehouse operations and activities including shipping and receiving deliveries, preparing packing products for delivery, conducting stock checks, general warehouse admin, and storing inventory.

Duties &
Responsibilities:

• Prepare &
  pack all orders from various platforms (e-commerce, corporate, boutique requistions)
  
• Process stock requests from the boutiques
  
• Maintain the order and cleanliness of the warehouse
  
• Track and document all inventory movements to and from the warehouse
  
• Perform stock control by counting stocks / stock taking
  
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to order stocks when low
  

Education &
Qualifications:

• Minimum GCE "
  N"
  level
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Must be patient and meticulous in doing work
  
• Basic computer and administrative skills
  
• Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage
