Responsibilities

• Inventory Management:
  Keep precise records of incoming and outgoing stock items and oversee stock levels.
  
• Non-Stock Records:
  Maintain accurate records for receiving non-stock and expense items.
  
• Transportation Scheduling:
  Plan and monitor transportation activities to enhance delivery efficiency.
  
• Shipment Tracking:
  Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
  
• Documentation Preparation:
  Prepare and maintain shipping and customs documentation, including delivery orders, delivery notes, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
  

Requirements

• At least 2 years of logistics coordinating/shipping experience preferably from the same industry - Semiconductor Manufacturing industry
  
• Proficient in Microsoft office suites, particularly Excel
  
• Candidates with experience operating SAP will have an added advantage
