Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance of the import activities, including import documents and uploading them into the system.
  
• Liaise with suppliers and related parties.
  
• Prepare Purchase Orders and maintain the delivery chart.
  
• Prepare monthly ingredients file for HQ.
  
• Manage raw material inventory.
  
• Plan cost down/improve quality.
  
• Check invoices.
  
• Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.
