Logistics Executive (Manufacturing / Export Trading)

• Location:
  Central (Tanjong Pagar)
  
• 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday
  
• Office Hours - (9am – 6pm)
  
• Remuneration:
  Up to $3300 (Depending on experience)
  

Responsibilities:

• Prepare shipping instructions to suppliers from different countries
  
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and shipping lines on shipment issues
  
• Booking and coordinate of international shipments.
  
• Prepare import and export Letter of Credit (L/C) documents when necessary
  
• Issue sales invoices via SAP system.
  
• Prepare Import Financing + Export documents to the banks as and when necessary
  
• Undertake additional ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience and knowledge in export trading OR shipping department will be advantageous
  
• Knowledge in SAP system will be preferred
  
• Bilingual in Chinese will be advantageous to liaise with clients from Chinese speaking states (eg. China)
