Logistics Procurement Specialist (Chemicals)

Responsibilities:

• Execute the Regional Supply Chain Procurement Strategy through collaboration with stakeholders in order to capture maximum value and synergies
  
• Provide consultancy to stakeholders in developing and refining their Scope of Work to the best practice in market
  
• Work with stakeholders to standardize and simplify their Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the vendors
  
• Challenge existing business concepts that are under Sole or Single source
  
• Develop a thorough understanding of the business needs and act with sense-of-urgency
  
• Manage change management through influence, knowledge and internal cross-functional teams within the business and function
  
• Develop and maintain Business Continuity program
  
• Coordinate internal needs with external market and suppliers for rapid response in a dynamic market
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Business / Engineering
  
• At least 8 years of experience in Logistics Procurement
  
• Experience in Chemical industry will be a plus
