job description
- Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors on the progress of M&
E works - Supervise subcontractor’s M&
E works and ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method statements and local codes and regulations - Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with specification, safety and environment regulations
- Liaise and work with relevant authorities, subcontractors, clients on technical matters, shop drawing submissions, inspections, testing requirement and commissioning
- Identify and resolve on-site M&
E issues - Attend technical and coordination meeting
- Manage and plan site’s materials and equipment delivery and storage so as to ensure proper and economical use
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Project Manager and Project Director.
