M&E Manager (Building Construction/Hospital Building Project)

• Overall responsible for the planning and execution of M&
  E activities during construction project.
  
• Adhere compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards for M&
  E systems.
  
• Liaise with consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop detailed M&
  E plans and specifications.
  
• Handle the M&
  E subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality workmanship and timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  
• Supervise progress and performance of M&
  E works, identifying anydeviations or issues and implementing corrective measures.
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  
• At least 7 years working as a M&
  E Manager experience in Building Construction/Hospital Building Project.
  
• Familiar with building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to M&
  E installations.
  
• Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, and fire protection.
