Main Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all services and complete within programme.
  
• Work closely with clients and consultants on technical matters
  
• Coordinate M&
  E services work and workclosely with other department staff to meet the project timelines
  
• Conduct detailed M&
  E coordination with all specialist contractors
  
• Attend progress/site/MEP meetings
  
• Ensure compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
  
• Ensure the quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are compiled
  
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical &
  Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in Main Contractor involving M&
  E works
  
• Good safety knowledge and attitude
  
• Ability to liaise with statutory authorities
