Our client, a well-known L6 M&
E contractor in the construction industry, is looking for talent as a M&
E Quantity Surveyor - Tender.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender submission.
  
• Preparation of tender quotations including quantity taking-off and check materials or equipment costing from suppliers.
  
• Competent to interpret the specification, tender documents and drawings.
  
• Analysing and negotiating costs in preparation of tender BQ and ensuring cost control.
  
• Responsible for measurement of quantities and cost estimation.
  
• Prepare pre and post bid tender clarification with consultants.
  
• Performs other duties as assigned.
  

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  
• 3-5 years of working experience in M&
  E quantity surveying - tender for commercial building projects.
  
• Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with high level of professionalism and integrity.
