Maintenance Engineer

My client is an established M&
E contractor firm which strength is in ACMV.

Has multiple maintenance contracts for ACMV. The engineer/tech/supervisor will be station in client's site permanently.

Woodlands

Job Description

• Well verse with Chiller, Cooling tower, Chiller Pump, AHU, FCUs, MV Fans maintenance and operation.
  
• Troubleshooting when necessary
  
• Able and willing to do some hands on work.
  
• Able to operate ACMV system
  
• Schedule maintenance
  
• Manpower planning
  
• Monitor maintenance contract and keep track on the schedules for equipment and services
  

Requirement

• Dip or ITE in Engineering
  
• Min 3 years in FM or Project or Service
  

OT payable. 5 days week
