Job Description
· Updating of product information such as price list, cost price, material information etc into the system
· Preparation of seasonal catalogue and assisting in preparation of merchandising/café sales reports
· Coordinate with China warehouse for upcoming shipment and ensure all product samples arrived in timely manner
· Arrange importation of container and coordinate with freight forwarder on local custom clearance
· Ensure accuracy of stock levels on websites and backend system
· Assist in campaign shoots when necessary
· Any ad-hoc admin/merchandising duties as assigned
Job Requirements
· Degree in Business, Merchandising or any related field
· Meticulous and good with numbers
· Proficient in MS Officeespecially MS Excel
· Proficient in Chinese Language – both spoken and written (in order to liaise and communicate with our China counterparts)
· Independent and able to perform well in a dateline driven, rapid and fast-moving environment
· Ability to work under time pressure, motivated, good working attitude and willing to go the extra mile
