job description

You will be part of the Polyclinic Management Team and lead the team of operations staff to support the delivery of quality and clinical care to the patients. You will work closely with the Head of Polyclinic and other departments to ensure the smooth running of the daily operations as well as planning and implementation of new initiatives.




As the Operations Manager, you will also lead the Operations Executives to drive service excellence in the clinic. You will also identify areas of improvements, and drive continuous developments and spread good practices across other clinics. You will play a key role in coaching, nurturing and inspiring the clinic operations staff in their continuous learning and career development.




Requirements


  • Good degree in any discipline
  • At least 6 years of working experience in a combination of operations management, service quality, and customer feedback management
  • Possess strong leadership and people management skills
  • Strong decision making, problem solving, and communication skills
