Manager, Design

Duties &
Responsibilites:

1. Responsible for the preparations and modifications of Architectural design from concept designs through

schematic design, design development and construction documentation

2. Responsible for leading the design team, manage and check all kinds of design drawings by members

3. Responsible for developing solutions to the technical &
design complications following Singapore’s

established standards

4. Required to participate in Client liaison, authority consultation, coordination with consultants and

subcontractors, and attending design and construction meetings

5. May be required to mentor and direct the work of less experienced staff/colleagues

6. To handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned by the Management/Direct Supervisor

Requirements:

1. To possess a Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Architecture, Building/Construction or equivalent

2. Experience in design management, tender documentation and contract administration

3. Experience in Architecture detail, Design development and Construction documents

4. To have at least 15 years of related working experience

5. To be able to lead a team

6. Proficient in designing Software (AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
