Manager (It Department) / Medical Industry/West

Our client is in the Medical industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Manager (IT department) to be part of their IT Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Duties of Manager (IT department):

• Formulate and enforce IT strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure seamless operation of all IT systems and services.
  
• To make sure of the adherence to current cyber and data protection regulations and implement measures to secure all data and assets.
  
• To develop and sustain BCDR
  
• Supervise the setup, configuration, and upkeep of networking systems hard/software.
  
• Oversee system performance and security, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.
  
• Work closely with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate technical solutions and support.
  
• Oversee IT projects, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
  
• Prepare and submit proposals to secure grants or funding from government or private entities for IT-related projects.
  
• Assess and recommend new technologies, software, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  
• Regularly review the organization's Digital Transformation roadmap in line with the evolving technology landscape.
  
• Lead digital transformation initiatives as outlined in the organization's Digital Transformation Roadmap.
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or related studies
  
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
