We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual in a renewable 1 year contract position. The potential for contract extensions based on performance is available.

The Marketing &
Partnerships Development Department at IHRP is committed to elevating the organisation’s brand presence and forging strategic alliances. This team utilises innovative marketing strategies, drives clear communications and cultivates relationships with eco-system partners to drive growth and expand impact within the human resources community.




Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation Strategy:
    Develop and execute a robust lead generation strategy that targets and nurture quality leads pipeline from strategic partners and stakeholders in the HR ecosystem. Innovate lead acquisition techniques to ensure a continuous supply of IHRP key product leads from existing and new potential partners.
  • Stakeholder Mapping and Analysis:
    Support Assistant Director to perform detailed mapping and analysis of the eco-system environment to identify and prioritise key partners and influencers. Understand their interests, needs, and decision-making processes to tailor engagement strategies effectively.
  • Partnership Development:
    Initiate and cultivate relationships with potential partners by demonstrating the value and relevance of IHRP’s offerings. Focus on creating long-term engagements that could lead to sustainable lead generation.
  • Advocacy and Representation:
    Serve as a vocal and enthusiastic advocate for IHRP in all interactions with external parties. Promote the organization’s objectives and programs compellingly and persuasively to stir interest and engagement.
  • Strategic Networking:
    Leverage conferences, seminars, and other networking events to connect with potential leads and partners. Use these platforms to enhance IHRP’s visibility and market presence.
  • Lead Management and Tracking:
    Implement efficient systems for tracking and managing leads from initial contact through to handover to the respective sales team. Ensure detailed documentation of all engagement efforts and outcomes.
  • Market Intelligence Gathering:
    Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and potential shifts in the HR landscape. Utilize this information to adapt strategies promptly and keep IHRP at the forefront of the sector.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting:
    Regularly measure and report on the effectiveness of lead generation and partnership strategies. Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to senior management to refine and enhance partnership efforts.


Requirements


  • Proven track record in lead generation as well as partnership development and management, ideally within the education, training, or HR sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to map complex ecosystems and identify strategic opportunities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to negotiate and persuade high-level stakeholders.
  • Energetic and proactive attitude, with a willingness to explore innovative approaches to business development.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite;
    ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
