Key Responsibilities
1. He will be responsible for the safe, efficient &
environmentally sound operation of the vessels or Tasks assigned to him.
2. Give support on matters related to Commercial and technical operations to the vessel for Stowage Plan, Tank Cleaning, Audits, Navigation, Port operation.
3. Give support in preparing for Internal/ External Audits, Vetting Inspection and PSC inspections.
4. carry out Ship visit (Supt. Visit), internal Audit (ISM, ISPS, MLC) as assigned.
5. Carry out Pre-Joining Briefing for joining Officers as required as well as conduct training on board during ship visit.
6. Monitor Day to day operation of the vessel
7. Be a strong team member and be committed to support the team.
Requirements
1. Graduate from Marine College/Polytechnic is preferred
2. Holding Master or Ch. Officer Cert. Of Competency (COC)
3. On board Sailing experience at least as C/O for TWO years in CHEMICAL Tanker vessel.
4. Skill in Japanese Language to be considered an added Advantage
