Marketing Assistant / Marketing Executive (5 Days / West / Renewable Contract)

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the marketing team in administrative tasks, marketing communication and plans in alignment with business and brand objectives for Singapore Market
  
• Help to conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey and marketing survey
  
• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.G. social media, direct mail and web)
  
• Help distribute marketing materials, goodie bags etc. in accordance to brand platforms and visual identity guidelines in the correct representation of all brands
  
• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
  
• Help to organize marketing events, photo shooting and filming, truck delivery
  
• Support various scales and types of events and product launches encompassing logistics, invitations, communication materials, presentations, video content, external vendor management and measurement of success
  
• Conduct market analysis on competitor activities to provide intelligence and basis for sales and marketing strategies and ideas
  
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Nitec/Diploma in Marketing or Communications or related field with minimum 1 year relevant working experience
