Marketing Executive

Job Description:

• 
  
• Develop and implement marketing plan and strategies that are in-line with the company's goals and vision.
  
• Work closely with sales team and retail merchandisers to market, promote and sell products across all channels.
  
• Conceptualise, design and produce various marketing collaterals
  
• Create engaging and effective promotion taglines, slogans and copywriting
  
• Ensure marketing plans are executed according to the project timeline.
  
• Responsible for creating and maintaining contents on company's website and social media platforms.
  
• Conduct market research and competitors' analysis to evaluate trends, identify potential markets and suggest suitable promotions and marketing initiatives with the objective of increasing market shares and revenue.
  
• Provide status reports with statistics concerning current marketing projects and share post campaign analytics with sales team.
  
• Any other ad hoc duties
  
• Plan, direct, and organize advertising and promotional campaigns for events and roadshows.
  
• Oversee the planning of manpower, logistic, display and set-up for sales events such as event fairs.
  
• Conduct pre and post event briefing for major events.
  
• Evaluate and share sell-through results with the sales team after each event and provide suggestion on improvement.
  

Job Requirements:

• 
  
• Diploma or above with 2 years of relevant experience
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
  
• Knowledge of Social media tools.
  
• Excellent written and verbal English
  
• Possess great communication skills, creative, resourceful and a team player
  
• Organised, meticulous, results-oriented and can handle stress and tight deadlines
  
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment
  
• Able to work long or irregular hours when required for event
