Marketing Manager/Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Regularly review marketing strategy, activities, and performance to assess the effectiveness of current strategies
  
• Develop new marketing plans from strategy to execution and raise brand awareness to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for Member and Resident Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) targets
  
• Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient and impactful allocation of resources
  
• Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
  
• Define and articulate the brand's unique value proposition, positioning, and messaging
  
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual and messaging elements
  
• Mentor and develop the marketing team in executing marketing strategies while cultivating a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
  
• Ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing activities
  
• Provide regular feedback and development opportunities, with regular check-ins with team members
  
• Conceptualise and develop a paid ads strategy to enhance brand visibility and achieve marketing objectives
  
• Management of vendors to ensure alignment and to execute the paid advertising strategy effectively
  

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of overall working experience in Brand and Marketing (prefer in the Fitness and Wellness industry)
  
• Have been in a supervisory or managerial role with experience leading a team for at least 3 years.
  
• Strong interpersonal relationship-building skills, leadership, prioritisation and communication skills.
  
• A natural tendency to be curious, positive and creative.
  
• A 360-degree view of business and can holistically consider the implications to the customer experience should any business needs change.
  
• You can work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
  
• An aptitude to anticipate any changes
  
• You can maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure
  
• A high level of strategic and forward-thinking
