Core Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:
    Drive marketing campaigns end-to-end managing the complete workflow, development of campaign assets and rollout, overall execution and optimization ensuring we deliver results and ROIs
  • Lead Generation:
    Partner with leader to drive sector campaigns and lead generation initiatives to build a robust sales pipeline and track performance from prospecting to activation
  • Content Marketing:
    Work closely with the research and editorial content teams as well as wider business to develop content strategies, coordinate their output and amplify JLL's thought leadership across paid and owned media
  • Digital Marketing:
    Partner with the Digital COE to coordinate the development and delivery of digital solutions for internal and external Capital Markets initiatives with a strong focus on social &
    paid digital media and JLL.Com.
  • Collateral Development:
    Lead the development and publication of regional marketing collaterals aligned with Capital Markets' global value proposition and messaging. This includes brochures, capability statements, videos, content plans and other promotional materials
  • Event Management:
    Partner with the GEOs marketing teams to support both clients' and internal events - including content strategy, messaging, and creative execution.
  • Community Engagement / Internal Communications:
    Partner with global communications COE to manage APAC strategic internal communication on behalf of APAC CEO e.G deal announcements, regional new hires.
  • Client Communications:
    Partner with the Communication COE to coordinate the compilation, creation and distribution of regular and ad-hoc client communications, including effective use of the firm's client relationship management (CRM) system and support strategic internal initiatives.
  • Campaign Measurement:
    Provide measurement and ROI analysis across projects and campaigns. Report periodically and generate monthly/quarterly reports


Alignment &
Administration:

  • Brand Management:
    Provide advice and guidance to business stakeholders in the application of JLL's brand guidelines as they relate to client or vendor-specific applications
  • Agency Management and Collaboration:
    Work with Creative Services (the firm's internal production team) to ensure that all marketing materials adhere to the JLL's brand guidelines.
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers and agencies, when required, to save cost or add value to the development of marketing initiatives.
  • Project Management:
    Partner with the GEO marketing teams on projects to support the delivery of the wider Capital Markets marketing strategy, regional marketing campaigns as appropriate across the business line both centrally and across APAC markets.
  • Maintain project files including budgets, production schedules, and completed samples

  • Education to degree standard or equivalent
  • Excellent product marketing planning, development, and execution skills with a proven ability to deliver multi market, multi-channel marketing and communication campaigns.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and campaign management
  • Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders at the most senior of levels and manage complex projects across multiple services and geographies.
  • An understanding of real estate markets is an added advantage but not a pre-requisit
  • Be a team player, working along on common team goals, supporting the regional team and aligning with stakeholders
  • Proven ability to collaborate with internal (COEs and GEOs) and external (creative and media agencies) partners.
  • Excellent English written/ verbal communication skills.
  • 6+ years marketing work experience in progressive, fast paced organisations, preferably multinational corporations in professional service industries.
  • Proactive, flexible approach and ability to meet tight deadlines and be prepared to travel globally as required.
