Project Overview:
The primary objective is to build the highest quality distribution, presence, awareness, relevance, and growth among target consumers and accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure excellent execution and maximum effectiveness of market activities, including POS, menu, feature, and display activities.
- Maximize brand growth opportunities across all market channels.
- Monitor and ensure the achievement of sales, depletion, and activation goals within the assigned market.
- Develop and foster relationships with key/high image accounts.
- Develop and monitor targets for key/high image account listings, including menu placements, staff trainings, account support, and sales velocity.
- Develop effective relationships with the distributor salesforce.
- Support distributors in developing brand presence and awareness, ensuring good brand execution locally and helping distributors achieve sales and image goals in the market.
- Oversee key account lists (On &
Off premise). - Train key bartenders, mixologists, and account staff.
- Identify key business opportunities such as new accounts, partnerships, and events.
- Identify, cultivate, educate, and motivate key brand influencers, major event promoters, and spirits opinion-makers.
- Monitor and report competitor activity.
- Lead, co-develop, and execute all brand activation initiatives in the market.
- Maintain the market activation calendar.
- Lead from the front, bringing distributor programming to life.
- Maintain the T&
E budget.
Deliverables:

- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Experience in sales and achieving market growth targets.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for the brand and industry with a proactive and results-driven approach.
