The current state of automation and robotics which enables many of these manufacturing processes, however does not allow for this versatility.


Machines from different vendors each use their own proprietary programming interfaces, are not designed to easily speak with each other, and often require complex and customised programs to integrate them together. Being a robotics manufacturer ourselves once, we have been through these challenges and we understand how frustrating it can get.




Our vendor agnostic software platform, syncOS is designed to seamlessly integrate different automation systems using a simple and intuitive no-code interface. We believe this can help make automated process much more versatile and nimble than has been possible before, and is what the industry needs.

Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategies and initiatives to promote our syncOS plaform, and by doing so play a part in driving the automation of automation across Southeast Asia and India. The ideal candidate should have a passion for robotics, excellent communication skills, and creatively bold mindset to spread our message far and wide.




Key Responsibilities:


  1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:
    Collaborate with the management team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives. Execute marketing campaigns across various channels to promote our products and services.
  2. Brand Management:
    Manage and enhance the company's brand image in the market. Develop branding guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
  3. Content Creation:
    Create bold and engaging content for marketing materials, including website content, product brochures, press releases, and social media posts. Develop informative and visually striking content to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
  4. Digital Marketing:
    Implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads. Manage social media accounts and online advertising efforts to reach our target audience effectively.
  5. Event Management:
    Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Represent the company at events to promote our products, build relationships with potential customers, and generate leads.
  6. Ecosystem Development:
    Develop and nurture a syncOS ecosystem of automation vendors, system integrators and other automation solution providers through joint marketing efforts, regular gatherings, and inclusion in our experience centres.


Qualifications:


  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the technology or robotics industry.
  3. Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, including digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to create compelling content and effectively communicate ideas.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics.
  6. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and technology.
  7. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  8. Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
