Mission of the Position


The Marketing Manager’s mission is to strategically plan, develop, and execute marketing initiatives that drive customer enrolment, retention, and profitability. This role involves conducting market research to understand customer needs and trends, creating innovative marketing strategies to promote products and services, and overseeing the implementation of these strategies across various channels. The Marketing Manager also collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness of campaigns to enhance brand awareness, optimise customer experience, and ultimately increase sales and market share in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.



Roles and Responsibilities



  1. Brand Management:
    Ensure cohesive brand communications across all channels, maintaining consistency in messaging and visuals to strengthen brand identity and maximize audience engagement.
  2. Marketing Collaterals:
    Continuously upkeep and curate the brand assets library, developing a range of collaterals and assets such as videos, presentation decks, email campaigns, and advertisements across diverse channels to support comprehensive marketing initiatives.
  3. Marketing Campaigns:
    Oversee the lifecycle of campaigns, encompassing creative concept development, strategic media planning, and thorough analysis and reporting of marketing performance to stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive campaign management and accountability.
  4. Marketing Calendar:
    Manage the monthly marketing calendar to meticulously document and schedule all communication activities, ensuring strategic alignment and timely execution of marketing initiatives across various channels.
  5. Cross-Function Collaboration:
    Strategically aligning marketing efforts with centre teams, ensuring cohesive and effective strategies that directly contribute to increasing enrolment and fostering student engagement and interest in our music programs.
  6. Continuous Improvement:
    Proactively gather feedback from stakeholders to innovate marketing processes, while implementing continuous learning initiatives to enhance the team's skills and capabilities, staying ahead of marketing trends.
  7. Ad-Hoc:
    Fulfil additional duties as assigned by management to support the overall objectives of the organization.



Hiring Criteria



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' working experience in marketing positions, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Effectively demonstrates robust strategic thinking and analytical abilities, capable of translating insights into practical and effective marketing strategies.
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with ability to balance multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Possesses exceptional organizational abilities and keen attention to detail, adept at handling multiple projects concurrently and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Proven leadership skills, empowering and motivating team members to achieve objectives and drive outcomes
