Master Therapist (Base salary up to $3,500 + attractive commission)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform professional facial treatments/specialised facial massages and other beauty services for customers.
  
• Responsible for delivering the ultimate beauty experience to every customer, at all times, by providing services that exceed client expectations.
  
• Create a safe and discrete environment for customers to share their concerns and enquire about our beauty services and products.
  
• Walk customers through our service offerings, assess and analysis and recommend suitable treatments to customers according to their needs, routines and beauty goals.
  
• Educate customers on the treatments and procedures being administered.
  
• Attending to customers’ pre and post treatments’ enquiries and provide accurate and appropriate responses.
  
• Follow-up with customers to get their feedback on their after-experience.
  
• Establish good relationship with customers to ensure retention and referrals.
  
• Handle administrative duties which include managing customers appointments, maintaining customer records and managing inventory and operating supplies.
  
• Keep abreast of the latest products, trends, and techniques to ensure that customers are satisfied with the services provided.
  
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness of the centre.
  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in established beauty salon/spa with a proven track record of excellence working in the beauty therapy/aesthetics or relevant field.
  
• Having a strong interest and a genuine passion in skin care, beauty, health &
  wellness.
  
• Well groomed, service oriented with a passion to help, detail oriented and target driven.
  
• Possess exemplary customer service skills and able to build rapport with customers.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong desire to learn new skills and to improve existing skills
  
• Able to work both independently, as well as in a team setting.
  
• Experience and knowledge of specialised facial massages is preferred.
  
• Able to work during retail hours and weekends as required.
  
• The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience.
  
• We offer a competitive remuneration package that includes base salary and attractive commission and incentive.
