Develop and implement improvements in process control systems and equipment.

Design, develop, simulate, and operate mechanical/electrical systems and products.

Innovate production processes, recommending technological aids, design changes, and layout modifications for quality and efficiency.

Lead and report on process optimisation, cost reduction, and production performance.

Review and analyse process deviations to ensure compliance with quality and GMP standards.

Coordinate equipment purchases and validate new equipment to meet specifications and quality standards.

Develop manufacturing work instructions and standard operating procedures.

Respond to maintenance and mechanical emergencies, troubleshooting and reporting issues.

Implement technical solutions for processing issues and maintain facility and equipment maintenance programs.

Train maintenance technicians on processes and procedures.

Provide training to production teams on proper equipment use.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and timely preventive maintenance.

Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
