Job Description :

Responsibilities

• Ensure that projects to be implemented are completed on time and safely, within approved project costs and of quality consistent with the contract specifications and statutory compliance.
  
• Co-ordinate with consultant and site staff to ensure that M&
  E services equipment supplied is of good quality and installed with a high standard of workmanship.
  
• Coordinate planning, design, and submission to Government authorities for approval, tender documentation, and contract/site administration for departmental projects.
  
• Manage the project works in accordance with the sectional Quality Management System and ISO Operations Instructions Manual.
  
• Provide feedback to other relevant Sections on defects, shortcomings and difficulties encountered during the implementation of the projects.
  
• Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned.
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Building Engineering recognized by PE Board.
  
• 2 years of relevant work experience.
  
• Fresh graduates who are keen in environmental sustainability are encouraged to apply.
  
• Candidates who are Building and Construction Authority (BCA) certified Green Mark Accredited Professional (GMAP) or registered Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) are advantages.
  
• Analytical and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Candidate with more years of relevant work experience will be considered for senior position.
