Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop existing and new customers
  
• Prepare quotations, follow up and perform order-processing
  
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
  
• Working with a team and achieving the desired results
  
• Attend site meetings, customer complaints and subsequently coordinate and follow up with internal departments to resolve issues
  
• Collaborate with fellow colleague for technical support
  
• Coordinating with operation team to ensure timely delivery of customers’ orders
  

Requirements

• Class 3A Driving license is a MUST, will provide company vehicle if needed.
  
• On-the-job Training will be provided
  
• With Mechanical/Fabrication knowledge.
  
• Entry level candidates from ITE/Polytechnics are welcome to apply
  
• Self-disciplined to complete tasks assigned within deadlines
