Medical Clinic Executive / Junior Executive

We are a modern, refreshing, GP clinic with special interest in Paediatrics. We are currently on the look out for clinic executives / junior clinic executives (clinic assistants) to join our new clinic in Newton!

Requirements:

• Most importantly - must enjoy and be comfortable handling children (and parents)
  
• GCE O level &
  above.
  
• Conversant in English and 1 more language (Mandarin/Malay/Tamil)
  
• Customer service experience will be an advantage.
  
• Courteous and exhibit genuine concern for patients.
  
• Previous relevant working experience is an advantage.
  
• Proficient in use of computer
  

Job Scope:

• Supporting frontline counter duties.
  
• Assisting with billing and claim submissions
  
• Assisting in the dispensing of medicine.
  
• Answering general phone enquiries.
  
• Scheduling of appointments.
  
• Support doctor for clinic procedures and chaperone.
  
• Perform clinic procedures such as ECG and nebuliser.
