Medical Clinic Manager / Senior Clinic Executive

We are a modern, refreshing, GP clinic with special interest in Paediatrics. We are currently on the look out for an experienced clinic manager or senior clinic executives (clinic assistants) to join our new clinic in Newton!

Requirements:

• Most importantly - must enjoy and be comfortable handling children (and parents)
  
• At least 2 years experience as a clinic assistant/manager
  
• GCE O level &
  above.
  
• Conversant in English and 1 more language (Mandarin/Malay/Tamil)
  
• Customer service experience will be an advantage.
  
• Courteous and exhibit genuine concern for patients.
  
• Previous relevant working experience is an advantage.
  
• Proficient in use of computer
  

Job Scope:

• Supporting frontline counter duties.
  
• Assisting with billing and claim submissions
  
• Assisting in the dispensing of medicine.
  
• Answering general phone enquiries.
  
• Scheduling of appointments.
  
• Support doctor for clinic procedures and chaperone.
  
• Perform clinic procedures such as ECG and nebuliser.
