Service Executive (Bank Teller)

Working hours:

• Mon - Fri :
  8.30am - 4.30pm / 10.00am - 6.00pm
  
• Sat :
  8.30am - 1.00pm / Sat :
  10.00am - 2.30pm
  

Location:
Toa Payoh / Suntec City / Compass One / Harbourfront / Bukit Timah

Salary:
Up to $3500 + allowance

Duration:
12 months contract

JD:

• Attend to walk-in-customers.
  
• Hand over -the-counter transactions including cash deposits and withdrawals accurately.
  
• Assist in customers enquires and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction.
  
• Prospect banking products and services to customers.
  

Requirements:

• Min. GCE ‘O’ Level
  
• Call Centre experience is an advantage
  
• Great interpersonal &
  positive attitude
  
• Proficient in MS Office
