Responsibilities:




  • Provide on-going application support and may be involved in various stages of the SDLC for Business Application and Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Involvement in the system integration testing phase prior to implementation.
  • Plan and coordinate end-user training for any system implementations or enhancements.
  • Liaise closely with business users and build good rapport.
  • Liaise closely with vendors in project implementation, application testing, supporting application patches and upgrades in accordance with project methodologies and policies.
  • Support the team in defining project requirements, tracking and documentation.
  • Provide 24/7 primary application maintenance support.
  • Ensure the calls are answer and emails are responded in a timely manner and log the tickets.
  • Perform first level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate incidents to the right channel.
  • Maintaining asset management (Software Licensing / Asset Inventory).
  • Handle initial classification / prioritization of the incidents. Track the progress of resolution and provide regular updates for follow-up actions and incident status.
  • Manage end point security.
  • Manage, oversee and lead the daily operations of the IT Network Security.
  • Provide day-to-day support by analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving service incidents on the network and security issue, KPI to be based on SLA standards for customers under coverage
  • Proper case management and handling, from acceptance to closure, upon acceptance of assigned support cases
  • Proactivity monitoring, support and troubleshoot network bandwidth capacity and network performance to ensure uninterrupted services.
  • Experience and good knowledge in security technologies, including firewall, IDS &
    IPS, VPN, MPLS, BGP, etc.
  • Perform appliance upgrades and migration to ensure solutions and or related platform are maintained in operational conditions with proper documentation.
  • Providing on-call support, including the ability to work a flexible off-hours schedule for planned/unplanned maintenance, as needed.
  • Coordinate and manage local and regional ISP on maintenance, changes, and implementation of WAN (Internet).
  • Assign to projects to implement related network products, day 1 and 2 support perspectives.
  • Require to attend product and support training in respect to the work requirement.


Requirements:




  • Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science/Cyber Security or Engineering related fields
  • Experience and good knowledge in security technologies, including firewall, IDS &
    IPS, VPN, MPLS, BGP, etc
  • Professional Certification and at least 5 years’ hands on experience in routing &
    switching preferred CCNP, CCIE, CCDP, CEH or Cyber related certification is a plus
  • Understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Hands on experience in one or more of the following brand as below:
    -


-Routing &
Switching - Cisco / Huawei/ major brands


-Firewall – Sophos / Fortigate / Palo Alto / Forcepoint


  • WIFI AP - Ruckus / Aruba / Ubiquiti
