Network Performance Engineer(Python)Mnc

Our client is an internet service provider company in APAC region. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Network Performance Engineer to be part of their IT Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central Area - easily accessible.

Duties of Network Performance Engineer:

• Develop and produce performance indicator reports for analysis and improvement.
  
• Utilize AI/ML for anomaly detection in QoS/QoE monitoring.
  
• Gather and preprocess service performance data, using data visualization tools to report findings.
  
• Perform daily network and service operations checks, detecting and addressing malfunctions.
  
• Establish QoS/QoE monitoring processes and manage network capacity.
  
• Diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
  
• Provide level 2 support to NOC, maintenance, and customer technical support teams.
  
• Interface with ITMS, QoE, and QoS tool vendors.
  
• Implement and lead tools and dashboards for network quality measurement and optimization.
  
• Develop operating procedures for network diagnosis, resolution, and remote intervention.
  
• Stay updated on new technologies and operating methods.
  
• Support and train technical and front-line teams.
  
• Contribute to network and service changes and validate their implementation.
  
• Analyze and validate support contracts with network and customer service commitments
  

Requirements:

• Degree in related field
  
• Relevant experience
