JOB DESCRIPTION
Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
ADDITIONAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Google's New Business Sales Team is a group of highly-skilled sales professionals whose focus is on engaging and acquiring high potential advertisers, by persuading them to incorporate Google's world-class range of marketing products (YouTube, Search and the Google Display Network) into their Marketing strategies. This global, dynamic and dedicated team is the engine behind Google's continued growth.
This role is a senior leader within this high-performing sales team dedicated to helping mobile-first businesses &
app developers achieve their business goals. They are tasked in creating strategic direction, driving, supporting and coaching on the highest value deals and guiding and leading upper &
lower funnel success for their pod.
Qualifications
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with new-to-Google customers to educate them on how to align their business goals to sustainable Google advertising solutions. Cultivate a pipeline of high-value prospects for long-term growth and sustainability.
  • Work with customers to understand their business needs and set appropriate data-backed expectations. Work closely with senior cross-functional leaders within Google in executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Garner research, analysis and perspective to develop strategic business plans. Coach, upskill and lead pod members on strategic initiatives while defining go-to-market best practices.
  • Set the standards for upper funnel and graduation success. Develop and monitor success metrics on collaboration and projects.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in developing relationships with new customers and serving as a consultant.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Vietnamese fluently to engage and support English and Vietnamese-speaking customers.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in developing and executing successful business and sales go-to-market plans.
  • Team leadership capability and experience.
  • Exemplary skills navigating cross-functional stakeholders, and project management.
  • Knowledge &
    Understanding of SEA App developer ecosystem.
  • Ability to think strategically about complex challenges, develop actionable plans and recommendations.
