  • Managing and distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Handling phone calls and emails, redirecting them as necessary
  • Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Performing general ministrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
  • Supporting HR-related activities such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
  • Assisting with travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Maintain Certificates in database
  • Stationery Preparation / Travel Coordination
  • Visa Arrangements
  • Simple Invoice Processing
  • Application Forms:
    Admin and coordination
  • Documentation
  • Vendor Management




Job Requirement:


  • Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred
  • Prior experience in logistic/ shipping coordination is advantages
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • No experience are welcome;
    training will be provided
